Every year I try to see all the best picture nominees--although I'm still pissed about the year Titantic won. Anyhoo, I have been watching old Dick Cavett shows on DVD lately and Rex Reed was on one episode giving his predictions for the 1969 Academy Awards. He pretty much nailed the winners, and it was an unusual year for those awards. I recommend this box set--a great snapshot into that era! Gutsy predictions!
