Portland artist Sally Finch sent me a rather interesting soundbyte about a friend of hers, Jim Milstein, who built quite an interesting home in Colorado. It includes a cylindrical four-floor tower that he can actually strum, inspired by Anasazi. So his live-space has been transformed into an instrument! It makes a ghostly rumble drone that turns the domestic interactive. Listen to this soundclip as NPR’s All Things Considered reports….
